Missions principales - Piloter la stratégie d’achats des composants, matières premières et services industriels afin d’assurer la disponibilité des approvisionnements au meilleur coût et niveau de qualité. - Négocier les conditions commerciales (prix, délais, conditions de paiement, garanties) avec les fournisseurs. - Sélectionner, qualifier et évaluer les fournisseurs selon des critères qualité, coûts, délais et risque. - Gérer le processus de commande : émission des commandes, suivi des livraisons, gestion des litiges et réclamations. - Optimiser les stocks et les niveaux de sécurité en collaboration avec la production et la logistique. - Mettre en place et suivre des indicateurs de performance achats (Coûts, Délai de livraison, Taux de conformité, Économies réalisées). - Superviser les contrats cadre et veiller au respect des conditions contractuelles (clauses qualité, pénalités, confidentialité). - Collaborer avec les équipes R&D, production, qualité et finance pour intégrer les contraintes techniques et budgétaires. - Participer à des projets d’amélioration continue (industrialisation, réduction des coûts, digitalisation des achats).

Formation : Bac+2 à Bac+5 en achats, commerce, logistique ou ingénierie. Expérience : 3 à 7 ans minimum dans les achats industriels (ou plus pour un poste senior). Compétences techniques : bonnes connaissances des méthodes de sourcing, négociation, gestion des stocks et des approvisionnements. Maîtrise d’un ERP (SAP, Oracle, ou équivalent) et d’Excel avancé ; connaissance d’outils de BI appréciée. Langues : français courant ; anglais professionnel souhaité. Qualités : sens de la négociation, esprit d’analyse, rigueur, autonomie, sens du relationnel et aptitude au travail en équipe. Permis B souhaité si déplacements fournisseurs nécessaires.
