Job details :
Detailed understanding of a Data Warehouse framework and methodology and applies within customer implementation projects. • Defines, designs, develops, and delivers quality Data Warehouse related solutions, interfaces, reports and data extracts utilizing data conversion, ETL and reporting tools with emphasis towards re-use, scalability, manageability and performance.• Participates in requirements gathering and design sessions and helps create robust application designs.• Participates in customer meetings and able to provide innovative recommendations/solutions pertaining to Data Warehouse environment(s) based on business rules.• Validate the feasibility of Business and Business Requirements• Provide high level estimates for projects and enhancements• Collaborate to create technical roadmap for data warehouse• Make a concrete impaction quality improvements, identifying the problem pattern• Should have ability to dive deep and should be hands on at times to resolve technical issues• Establishes quality standards for the team to meet the requirementsParticipates in the overall solution testing. • Create and executes test cases for the core application, application processing logic, extensibility, user interfaces, and integrations. • Reports own progress towards project goals as required by project manager/lead. Escalates exceptions quickly to the Project Manager or Program Manager.• Flexible to work with a team distributed globally

• Experience in a decision support/data warehousing/Business Intelligence environment • Extensive experience in complete life cycle of DW projects and able to provide end to end solutions • Able to work closely with supporting teams to develop integrated solutions (Legacy Systems, WebMethods, FTP, DBA's, etc)• Experience and understanding with Data Modeling (powerdesigner/ERWIN tool preferred)• Experience with Data Warehouse OLAP and reporting technologies ( Business Objects, Cognos, Crystal ) • Experience with Unix platform and SQL programming (DataStage running on Unix platform)• Experience with Unix scripting preferred (Korn shell, chron tab scheduler)Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, issue resolution capabilities; meticulous & methodical Self-motivated team player with excellent time management and communicationSkills Preferred• Exposure to Agile development methodologies• Big Data• Knowledge of NoSQL and/or cloud computing infrastructure

Position Summary:Use multidisciplinary engineering knowledge to design and develop innovative medical devices or components/subsystems in support of company's strategic plan. Essential Functions: Run empirical and experimental analysis. Conceptualize new devices using material knowledge and innovative mechanical design. Conceive and build prototypes. Work with outside consultants, vendors, and the medical community. Project planning. Support animal and bench testing and clinical evaluations. Support design reviews and physician visits. Plan, coordinate, and execute activity in support of project goals Establish requirements and specifications, including justification and supportive testing Test method and model development Identify and mitigate project risks Maintains knowledge of the developing clinical environment (i.e. current treatment methods, evolving clinical needs etc.). Ensure compliance with procedural and documentation requirements of SJM, FDA and ISO design controls

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or equilivalent years of experience 0-3 years experience Experience designing and testing medical devices preferred
