RRTest Dans la branche Raffinage-Chimie de Total, en tant que chef du service Méthodes Mécaniques au sein du département Maintenance de la raffinerie de Donges (Loire Atlantique), vous êtes responsable Méthode des travaux et arrêts mécaniques - dans le cadre de l'impératif sécurité, ainsi que de l'accroissement de la disponibilité et de l'optimisation économique. Vous participez aux réflexions et aux décisions prises pour la bonne marche de l'activité Maintenance, et avez pour objectif de : - Développer le savoir-faire et diminuer les coûts. - Participer à l'élaboration de la politique de maintenance par classe de matériel. - Gérer l'activité des méthodes et des travaux mécaniques (arrêts, visites générales des compresseurs). - Piloter les contrats mécaniques de la plateforme. Vos missions notamment, au quotidien : - Décliner et fixer les objectifs du service, en liaison avec le chef de département Maintenance et avec l'équipe. - Veiller à l'optimisation des moyens à mettre en oeuvre pour répondre aux impératifs de sécurité, de qualité, de délais, et de moindre coût. - Veiller au respect des consignes permanentes de sécurité, ainsi que des procédures de travaux et d'achats, et des contraintes imposées par les services d'exploitation. - Participer au choix des dates des arrêts programmés. - Participer à l'élaboration du budget caractérisable, rénovation et arrêt. - Gérer et optimiser le préventif mécanique (R.B.M. / suivi des tournées vibratoires / analyse d'huile / garnitures mécaniques) et fiabiliser les équipements mécaniques dans le cadre de la démarche disponibilité. - Suivre techniquement et financièrement les évolutions du matériel et le stock de la raffinerie. - Homologuer les entreprises habilitées à travailler sur le site de la raffinerie. - Participer à la consultation ou au renouvellement des différents contrats de maintenance et d'approvisionnements. - Manager l'équipe Méthodes Mécanique : organisation, répartition des tâches, réalisation des entretiens individuels, choix des plans de formation, suivi des objectifs.

- Bac +5, Ecoles d'ingénieur généraliste, matériaux, mécanique, ou maintenance - Connaissance des procédures administratives et des applications informatiques liées à l'activité Méthode des travaux et arrêts mécaniques - Connaissance du matériel de la raffinerie- Connaissance des méthodes de gestion des stocks et aptitudes à les transmettre
