Your responsibilities:
You will ensure a high standard of accurate and relevant financial administration and reporting. You will be responsible for the accounting function, including financial planning and reporting task. Additionally you will support the businesses on financial matters and report to our HQ in Germany. Moreover, your tasks are:
Accounts payable book-keeping and management
Payments via Internet Banking
Accounts receivable bookkeeping and management (dunning)
Bank statement reconciliation
VAT, Tax &amp; statistical reporting to authorities
Monthly financial reporting to business headquarters in Germany
Managing various HR issues (payroll)
Cost controlling

We look for a skilled accounting manager with strong analytical and organizational skills as well as experience and interest in working in a small sales company. You should work in a pro-active, hands-on and solution-oriented way. Furthermore, you convince us by:
Relevant practical or academic base education within book-keeping, economy, finance; preferably a bachelor degree
Business fluency in Swedish and English and proficiency in Norwegian (Danish is of advantage)
At least 3 years' experience in accounting, finance and sales unit controlling
High level experience with bookkeeping-systems (Navision preferably) and preferably experience with data warehouse systems for sales and financial analysis (OLAP/Cockpit)
Experience with internet banking system(s), in closing annual accounts and in making financial budgeting, planning and forecasting
Experience with the above in a Swedish setting and thereby having experience with SE legislation, procedures, rules and regulations related to a Swedish AB
Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)&lt;br /&gt;

Le CPI est responsable de l'avancement du projet informatique au sein de la DSIT et de la satisfaction client. Il est l'interlocuteur IT privilégié des responsables métier. Pendant les différentes phases du projet (étude de faisabilité et définition du besoin, appel d'offre, réalisation, recette, mise en support et ouverture aux utilisateurs), il doit notamment coordonner le travail des équipes projet internes et externes. Il est garant du respect du budget et du planning du projet.Le CPI assure la coordination des équipes de prestataires en assistance, gestion des contrats de sous-traitance et animation des « Key-users » métier.Ses principales missions sont :- Assurer la mise en oeuvre de l'ensemble des projets informatiques qui lui sont confiés, en étroite collaboration avec la maîtrise d'ouvrage- Définir une gouvernance projet adaptée et mettre en oeuvre une organisation projet en ligne avec les processus et les procédures de la DSIT - Elaborer le budget du projet et veiller au respect de l'enveloppe budgétaire validée par le métier - Définir et faire évoluer le planning du projet en coordination avec le métier- Veiller à la complétude ainsi qu'à la qualité des livrables et s'assurer de leur adéquation avec le besoin métier- Gérer les fournisseurs et les sociétés de prestations (rédaction des appels d'offre, choix d'un soumissionnaire, suivi de la prestation et de la restitution) - Assurer la coordination avec les équipes techniques de la DSIT dans le respect des processus ITIL harmonisés- Mettre en oeuvre et piloter la gestion des changements et notamment la formation des utilisateurs, en collaboration avec les responsables métier, dans le cadre des projets IT (changement de systèmes)- Assurer le bon niveau de reporting aux différents acteurs des projets (rapports hebdomadaires, mensuels, etc¿) et aux différentes instances IT ou métiers.
