The nature of the role will be to manage an IT division of 150 IT staff. At least 3 years of employee benefits/HRIS administration experience

Proven experience with an HRIS software implementations and day-to-day HRIS benefits administration, benefits administration, self-service, and query experience preferred

Experience and familiarity with ACA reporting requirements a real plus

Excellent oral and written communication skills
