Votre nouveau challenge en tant que Conseiller clientèle ? Être le premier point de contact de leurs clients, principalement par téléphone ! Vous aurez pour responsabilités: Vous accueillez les questions et demandes du client de manière personnalisée. Vous faites preuve d'écoute pour comprendre ce dont il a besoins. Vous offrez au client un service sur mesure et un support technique si nécessaire. Vous reportez les différents cas à votre responsable dans le but d'améliorer continuellement le service.
